Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SaaSBoard (“SaaSBoard”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing a listing or featured placement, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of the service
SaaSBoard is a public directory presented as a 100×100 grid where founders and builders can purchase one or more tiles to display the logo of their SaaS product, website, or app. We also offer a limited number of “featured” placements alongside the directory listings, sold as one-time, time-limited promotions.
A listing is advertising space. It is not an endorsement, review, certification, ranking, or verification of any product, company, or claim made by a listed party.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use SaaSBoard, and old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract in order to purchase anything. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only make purchases with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you use SaaSBoard on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.
3. Billing, subscriptions, and cancellations
Grid listings are sold as recurring subscriptions, priced per tile — currently $10 per tile per month or $100 per tile per year. A 2×2 block occupies four tiles and is billed accordingly. Featured placements are one-time purchases for a fixed duration (for example, a day or a week) and do not auto-renew.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your listing remains live until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the tiles are released and become available to others.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including partial periods, unused time, and featured placements that have already started. If a payment fails, we may suspend or remove the listing until the balance is settled.
We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, and the tiles or placements available for purchase at any time. Price changes will not affect the period you have already paid for; any change takes effect from your next renewal, and where required we will give you reasonable notice so you can cancel before it applies.
4. Acceptable use and content guidelines
You are solely responsible for the logo, name, description, and destination URL you submit. You may not list or link to:
- illegal goods, services, or content, or anything that facilitates illegal activity;
- malware, phishing, scams, fraudulent offers, deceptive redirects, or cloaked destinations;
- adult or sexually explicit content, gambling, or content harmful to minors;
- hate speech, harassment, threats, or content promoting violence or discrimination;
- content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- misleading claims, impersonation of another brand or person, or fake products;
- parked domains, link farms, MLM or “get rich quick” schemes, or unrelated redirect chains.
You also agree not to scrape, spam, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, and not to artificially inflate clicks or interfere with analytics for any listing.
5. Right to review and remove listings
We may review, reject, edit the placement of, suspend, or permanently remove any listing or featured placement at our sole discretion — with or without notice — including where we believe it breaches these Terms, harms users, exposes us to legal risk, or damages the integrity of the board.
Where a listing is removed for a breach of these Terms, no refund is due. Where we remove a compliant listing for our own operational reasons, we will refund the unused portion of the period you have paid for.
6. Intellectual property and brand rights
You retain ownership of your logo, brand assets, and content. By submitting them, you confirm you own them or have all necessary rights and licences to use and display them, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
You grant SaaSBoard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, and display your logo, name, description, and link for the purpose of operating the service.
You also grant us permission to feature your logo and listing in SaaSBoard marketing materials — including social media posts, launch announcements, newsletters, screenshots of the board, and promotional pages.
The SaaSBoard name, design, grid layout, and software remain our property. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. No traffic, ranking, or results guarantees
We make no promise about the volume or quality of impressions, clicks, sign-ups, revenue, SEO benefit, or backlink value you will receive. Click counts shown in your dashboard are provided for guidance only and may include duplicate or bot data.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep SaaSBoard available and fast, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any uptime guarantee or service-level commitment. Downtime, maintenance, bugs, third-party outages, or data loss can occur. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Third-party links and services
The board is made up of links to third-party websites, and we rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, storage, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and clicking through to a listed website is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSBoard and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SaaSBoard harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your listing content, your destination website, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using SaaSBoard at any time by cancelling your subscriptions and deleting your listings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service. On termination, your listings are removed from the board.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above, and material changes will take effect on your next renewal or on continued use of the service. If you do not agree with a change, stop using SaaSBoard and cancel your subscriptions.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at SaaSBoard’s place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us via the support form so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
